At SparkHIVE, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Alternate Channel sales team. This role is instrumental in driving sales growth through alternative distribution channels and expanding our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue through alternate channels
- Identify and establish partnerships with potential sales channels
- Lead and manage the alternate channel sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing to create channel-specific sales and promotional strategies
- Negotiate contracts and terms with channel partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across alternate channels
- Provide training and guidance to channel partners and sales team
- Stay updated with market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Resolve channel conflicts and customer issues to maintain a positive brand image
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in alternate channels
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through alternate channels
- Strong understanding of channel management and distribution strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
- Indepth knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
