About the role:
This is an exciting, full-time hybrid opportunity for a Sales Director at Devtron Inc., where you'll take the lead in driving sales strategy, scaling operations, and unlocking new growth potential. You will play a key role in shaping customer experiences, guiding high-performing sales teams, and spearheading business development initiatives. While based in India, this position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance strategic oversight with the agility to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
What You’ll Do:
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients, and identify opportunities to expand Devtron’s market presence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—product, marketing, and engineering—to align efforts and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions to our clients.
- Act as a trusted ambassador in client engagements, understanding their business needs and presenting Devtron’s solutions with precision and confidence.
- You will be selling to the Technical audience in the target companies such as ISVs/DNB/ high growth start ups and enterprises across sectors
- Collaborate with Founders to set ambitious sales targets, ensuring the team consistently achieves growth quarter-on-quarter, while tracking performance through data-driven insights and celebrating key wins as we hit milestones.
What You'll need:
- Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations and Team Leadership, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate sales teams to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas, with a results-driven approach to business growth.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or cloud native technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
