Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Real Estate (Commercial/Residential)
Location: Mohali (Remote)
Position Type: Full-time / Permanent
Job Overview: A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Real Estate is responsible for overseeing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders related to the projects or the potentials.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial/Residential (property developers, businesses, investors, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the Real Estate sector.
Problem Resolution and Conflict Management:
- Work with relevant teams to mitigate risks and manage expectations to avoid delays or dissatisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on customer satisfaction, project status, and key performance metrics.
- Ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures are followed.
Market Knowledge and Industry Trends:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies in the Real estate sector.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure the overall success of the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience of CRM in Real Estate Sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to anticipate potential issues and develop proactive solutions.
- Customer Service Focus: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and clients effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Negotiation Skills: Effective in negotiating with clients, and vendors to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Education: BBA, BCom (or any relevant degree) and MBA or relevant Masters degree
