Must have experience in managing Google & Facebook ads.
  5. Campaign Optimization: Review and monitor marketing campaigns & identify areas for improvement, optimizing conversion rates & increasing return on investment (ROI).
  6. Collaborative Support: Work closely with the category and analytics team to align performance marketing strategies & ensure seamless campaigns execution.
  7. Reporting: Maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports for multiple business categories and campaign types. Analyze performance trends on a regular basis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Industry Expertise: Continuously enhance knowledge of marketing best practices, emerging technologies & digital marketing trends to stay ahead of the curve & deliver cutting-edge performance marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on managing Google & Facebook ads. Consulting experience is preferred. Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus. Experience in managing App campaigns for D2C products is a plus.
  2. Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies & tactics, with a track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google & Facebook ads.
  3. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, able to interpret marketing metrics & make data- driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing recommendations & strategies to clients of varying backgrounds.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools & platforms, such as Google analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management tools, App Analytics platforms (Appsflyer / Firebase) & Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & quickly adapt to changing client needs & market trends.
  7. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams & support the overall success of the customer success team.
  8. Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is preferred.
