1. Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market, profit optimization to meet the budget2. Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets by building pipeline of new customers and maintain key account relationships to build repeat businesses3. Retention of existing accounts, developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers4. Maximize profitability through focus on Cash Flow Management and timely payment collections as per agreement5. Ensure conversion of leads through various channels6. Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations7. Compliance and adherence to operating procedures defined in MICE operations8. Adherence to operational procedures and compliance requirements as defined by company9. Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices10. Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management11. Signing of MOU's / GFO's / SLA's for all projects12. People Managers to establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system, which includes allocation of responsibilities, roles, setting right expectations of the team and drive complete accountability with results by periodically reviewing the performance of the sales team12. Understand the industry best practices and consider implementing them as per businessrequirement13. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams14. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparingcustomized solutions15. Updating sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the seniorkey account management16. Regular updating of the information / data on the business system for MIS and follow laiddown processes under the sales function of MICE Business17. Submission & collection of important documents (such as GST certificates) to clients /file closing team for better control

Candidate should be a graduate, with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales. It's essential to have solid business contacts and destination expertise for this role.
