with a strong background in selling

Diesel Generators

across

Northern India . The ideal candidate will be an

Electrical Engineer

with at least

10 years of experience

in sales, business development, and strategic marketing. The GM will drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with

digital marketing and other business verticals . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute

marketing and sales strategies

to achieve business targets. Build

strong industry and corporate relationships

to drive sales. Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to maximize performance. Work closely with

digital marketing

for lead generation and branding. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction and drive retention through

exceptional after-sales support . Key Requirements: Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred). Experience:

7+ years in

marketing and selling Diesel Generators

in Northern India. Industry Network:

Strong connections with industries, corporates, and key decision-makers. Leadership & Strategy:

Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving targets. Digital Marketing Coordination:

Experience in working with digital teams for branding & lead generation. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

to close high-value deals. Willingness to travel extensively across Northern India. Compensation & Benefits: Salary:
