Qualification:- BE -Mechanical Engineering & MBA in Marketing
Industry Experience - Chiller and Heat Pump industries only.
KRA's:-
Responsible for actively driving sales process of the organization and achieve the desired sales targets and revenues. They are responsible for maintaining the profitably as decided by the management. It is important for them to fore-see the market dynamics and establish the strategy accordingly to generate business.
Will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities for the Chillers & Heat Pump product portfolio for allotted Region.
- Driving the sales strategy to achieving the yearly sales target in line with the profitability
- Building strong customer relationship and trust and promoting CV Products by meeting with HVAC Consultants & Architect.
- Attending the techno-commercial meeting with the customers on the submitted proposal
- Arranging the customer visits to existing sites & factory to build confidence levels for customers.
- Attending the techno-commercial meeting with the customers on the submitted proposal
- Keep an eye on the competitors and their marketing activities & strategize necessary actions to gain competitive edge.
- Timely submission of MIS and analyzing the MIS reports and take the action accordingly.
- Training the team members for both hard skills and soft skills.
