Definition

The Business Development Associate at Gretex Industries Ltd. is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence in the home automation, Project sales. The role entails client engagement, lead generation, managing appointments, and inventory coordination. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused individual with a background in luxury or real estate sales, emphasizing high-value product sales.

Responsibility

Deliverable

  • 1. Achieve Monthly Sales Target - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for home automation products, Project sales.
  • 2. Manage Calls, Appointments, and Meetings - Conduct regular calls, schedule and attend meetings, and follow up with walk-in customers to increase conversion rates.
  • 3. Build and Expand Designer Network - Establish and maintain relationships with designers, architects, and industry.
  • 4. Generate Residential Project Leads - Identify and secure leads from residential projects, focusing on premium products.
  • 5. Represent Gretex at Business Events – Participate in key industry events to increase brand visibility and foster connections.
  • 6. Coordinate Material Forecasting and Inventory Needs- Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for inventory management based on sales forecasts.
  • 7. Report on Market Challenges and Trends -Provide regular insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
