About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to connect with potential clients, showcase our work, and grow our professional network. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for building genuine relationships with clients through personalized communication, lead generation, and profile management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Outreach & Tracking: Reach out to potential clients, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups
* Lead Generation with LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Identify and connect with prospective clients to grow our network
* Personalized Communication: Craft customized messages and communicate fluently to build strong client relationships
* Profile & Portfolio Updates: Keep our LinkedIn profile current with recent projects and an engaging portfolio
* Network & Engage: Actively add connections, engage with relevant posts, and maintain a strong brand presence

Requirements:
* Fresh MBA graduates with fluency in English and excellent communication skills
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
* Proactive and organized, with the ability to track and follow up on client interactions effectively

What We Offer:
