Senior Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Customer Success team. This middle-level management position requires extensive experience with Salesforce in the Healthcare industry, particularly in the Payer space, ideally with clinical knowledge of care management, utilization management. . The ideal candidate will act as a Salesforce Consultant, supporting sales discussions, crafting solution proposals, and driving innovation through technical architecture design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, sales leads, and clients to ideate and implement Salesforce-driven solutions that align with Payer, and Payer services market needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Salesforce Consulting : Lead customer-facing discussions to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions tailored for the healthcare industry, particularly for payers, payer services, providers, and med-tech clients.
- Sales Support : Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to support pre-sales activities, including leading product demonstrations, participating in proposal responses, and identifying customer pain points that can be solved with Salesforce solutions.
- Technical Architecture Design : Define and design scalable technical architectures leveraging Salesforce components, ensuring solutions meet the specific needs of healthcare workflows.
- Solution Ideation : Generate innovative use cases and Salesforce solution ideas, using a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs to help develop impactful solutions.
- Utility and Accelerator Development : Identify and define requirements for Salesforce-based technical utilities and accelerators to optimize business processes for payer, provider, and med-tech markets.
- Proposal Development : Assist with the preparation and delivery of detailed solution proposals, including technical designs, effort estimations, and architecture roadmaps.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer goals and project success.
- Customer Success : Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing implementation efforts, identifying areas of improvement, and continuously driving value from Salesforce investments for healthcare clients.
- Leadership & Mentorship : Provide thought leadership and guidance to junior team members, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Salesforce Practice.
Qualifications & Skill :
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting with a strong focus on the healthcare industry, especially payer workflows.
- Understand clinical workflow and business process in a payer context
- Proven track record of supporting sales discussions, designing technical solutions, and implementing Salesforce within healthcare organizations.
Technical Skills :
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and other healthcare-related Salesforce components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems and platforms.
- Understanding of payer/provider workflows, claims management, eligibility, care management, and value-based care initiatives.
Leadership & Communication :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically and provide forward-looking solutions to clients.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client :
- Salesforce Certified (Admin, Architect, or Consultant certifications preferred). Any Healthcare certifications (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
