Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with over 5 years of experience to join our client.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's suite of products and be able to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with the business objectives.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Salesforce Implementation : Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Solution Design : Work with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

- Customization & Configuration : Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools such as Process Builder and Flow.

- Data Management : Manage data migration, data modeling, and data integration between Salesforce and external systems using tools like Data Loader, APIs, and ETL tools.

- User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users and create documentation to ensure proper adoption and utilization of Salesforce features.

- Salesforce Optimization : Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce implementations to improve efficiency, user experience, and overall system performance.

- Reporting and Analytics : Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and processes.

- Best Practices & Compliance : Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.

- Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model, including experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.

- Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and data management in Salesforce.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.

- Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent certifications.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Experience in managing Salesforce projects, including scoping, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Advanced Certifications : Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, or similar advanced certifications.

- Industry Experience : Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or technology where Salesforce plays a critical role.

- Advanced Tools : Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
