Aboutthe role:We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of SFMC s capabilities strong technical proficiencyand a proven track record of successfully implementing andintegrating SFMC with Salesforce products and other marketingtools. This role demands a combination of technical expertiseproject management skills and handson experience in marketingautomation.
Requirement:
  • Bachelors or master s degree in computer science Information TechnologyMarketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 yearsof relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementationand integration.
  • Strong client handling andcommunication skills.
  • Experience in theautomotive industry is a plus.
  • Indepthtechnical expertise in SFMC and familiarity with Salesforce CRMMarTech and AdTech solutions.
  • Ability tounderstand business requirements develop technical strategies andcreate effective solutions.
  • Proven experiencewith Salesforce productintegrations.
  • Proficiency in Agilemethodologies and strong facilitationskills.
  • Understanding of Marketing AutomationData Governance Security and Compliance bestpractices.
  • Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon) withoccasional travel to Pune asrequired.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • SetupImplement and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiplechannels including Email SMS WhatsApp Push notifications and CustomDashboards.
  • Execute strategies using MarketingCloud Personalization Data Cloud and Datoramaintegration.
  • Develop implement and optimizeautomations and journeys for daily operations ensuring efficiencyand accuracy.
  • Configure and manage SFMCcomponents: Email Studio Mobile Studio (Push SMS WhatsApp) ContactBuilder Audience Builder Automation Studio Journey BuilderReporting and Einstein features.
  • Write andtroubleshoot SQL queries HTML and CSS for dynamic emailfunctionalities.
  • Hands on work experience withAPI triggers and 3rd party integration.
  • APIPromotional/Transactional and promotionalcampaigns.
  • Provide ongoing production supportanalyse issues and implement solutions to ensure system stabilityand performance.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams guiding customers through the implementationand best practices of Marketing Cloudsolutions.
  • Develop user stories functionalspecifications and project plans in coordination withstakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings tounderstand business needs and tailor SFMC solutionsaccordingly.
  • Track and manage project progressproviding regular updates tostakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary clientcontact offering guidance on marketing best practices and resolvingcomplex scenarios.
  • Conduct Knowledge TransferKT and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the delivery teamthroughout the project ensuring customersuccess.
