Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with a passion for building innovative marketing solutions that enhance customer engagement. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to work with a dynamic team and leverage their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations for various marketing initiatives.


- Work with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio to design customer journeys.


- Develop scripts using AmpScript, Service Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, and build Cloudpages.


- Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector, syncing with Salesforce CRM and ensuring proper data flow.


- Implement and manage API integrations (SOAP and REST), as well as configuring Installed Packages and components.


- Work with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Automation Studio, and other Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to manage and maintain data extensions and automations.


- Implement subscription management and handle Opt-In/Opt-Out processes for both email and SMS.


- Configure Short Codes and ensure proper SMS sending.


- Set up SAP (Send Authentication Package) and manage domain configurations for email sends.


- Handle ENS (Event Notification Service) to capture notifications of transactional sends.



- Maintain security settings and configurations to ensure a safe and compliant environment for marketing Skills :


- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and configurations.


- Expertise in AmpScript, SSJS, SQL, and Cloudpage development.


- Strong understanding of data management, including data designer and relationships in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


- Knowledge of API integrations (SOAP & REST).


- Experience in configuring Marketing Cloud Connector and working with CRM data syncing.


- Familiarity with SAP (Send Authentication Package) and SMS Short Codes.


- Ability to design and maintain data extensions, customer journeys, and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.



- Strong understanding of subscription management and compliance regulations for email/SMS :


- B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A or equivalent.


- 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.



- Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
