Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Management:

  - Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.

  - Coordinate with creative teams, media planners, and clients to ensure timely and successful campaign implementation.

  - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

 

2. Client Relationship Management:

  - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries and needs.

  - Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business goals, provide strategic guidance, and present campaign proposals and performance reports.

  - Address client feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

 

3. Market Research and Analysis:

  - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for client growth.

  - Use insights from research to inform strategic recommendations and campaign planning, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in target markets.

  - Stay updated on emerging technologies and marketing trends, proactively integrating new approaches into client strategies.

 

4. Proposal Development and Pitching:

  - Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

  - Participate in client pitches, showcasing the agency's capabilities, expertise, and proposed solutions to win new business opportunities.

  - Tailor proposals to align with client objectives and demonstrate the agency's value proposition effectively.

 

5. Budget Management:

  - Develop and manage marketing budgets for client campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

  - Track expenses, monitor project costs, and provide regular budget updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

  - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource reallocation to improve campaign performance and profitability.

 

6. Reporting and Analytics:

  - Generate regular performance reports and analytics dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  - Present findings and insights to clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

  - Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaign tactics, and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA (preferred)
  • 7 years' of relevant experience in the same industry.
  • Having experience in catering Bhopal, Indore, Raipur and nearby market areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and target-driven
