Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business development executive at Keertimukha Architecture located in Bhopal. You will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. They will also be responsible for coordinating with architects and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of architectural industry and Vastu shastra principles
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to expand the company's reach.
  • Manage office operations including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, seeking out new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management
