**Job Description: Business Partner**

**Responsibilities**:
**1 Financial Budgeting**:
Ready to invest **minimun 9k** in the business and ability to take the risks if needed and confront any situation positively.

Have good knowledge about marketing industry and interest in developing business and give one's contribution by suggesting strategical ideas..

**2. Strategic Planning and Business Development**:
Collaborate with the leadership team to define long-term business goals and objectives.
Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and potential partnerships to drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's reach.

**3.Market Analysis and Insights**:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Gather insights from market data to guide product development and marketing strategies.

**4.Partnership and Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, retailers, and industry organizations.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that can enhance the company's product offerings and distribution channels.

**5.Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Lead the sales efforts by developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build a robust sales pipeline, manage customer relationships, and close deals.

**6.Product Development and Enhancement**:

- Collaborate with the product development team to identify customer needs and provide input on product enhancements or new product offerings.
- Ensure that products align with market demands and maintain a competitive edge

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven **1 year **experience in marketing, with a track record of successful business development and sales.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision and the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
