  • Perform analysis on enablement data, with a view to formulate enablement strategies
  • Work with the APJC Partner Org to analyse partner training data and recommend the allocation of CLP (Continuous Learning Points) to eligible partners
  • Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and produce customized reports
  • Manage process of gathering and prioritizing quarterly training requirements from business, Arch and Partner stakeholders; align business needs/funding availability and provide prioritization recommendations
  • Analyze correlations between Partner enablement and partners’ business results (bookings & pipeline in different dimensions such as focused partners, certifications, specializations, VIP rebates, channel programs’ adoptions e.g. Black Belt, Account Breakaway, Partner Plus…etc. Provide insights and recommendations accordingly
  • Track the enablement funding sources (WW/APJ) & utilization for driving specific programs/initiatives
  • Analyze no-show/late-cancellation/repeated non-attendance data; devise and implement measures to maximize training attendance & effectiveness
  • Work cross functionally both within the Enablement team and with our core business partners, the Partner organization and the SE leaders
  • Constantly look for ways to improve our offerings to further improve sales
