Customer Success is looking for a Platform-Cloud Support Enablement Specialist to join our fast-growing, dynamic team and deliver training for the explosive growth of our multi-faceted Global Support Team. You will design and deliver support enablement program and content across the organization to help our support organization reach its goals.

Responsibilities

You will facilitate on enablement training content for our Internal & Partner Support organisation.

Design and revise enablement program content.

Lead and enable new interoperability opportunities between existing Autodesk products, and as new cloud connected tools are being developed.

Develop enablement content as Autodesk Platform Services has become an essential part for automated design processes and integrating SaaS products into our customer's workflows.

Have ongoing conversations with the support team to identify what's working and what are their main challenges to inform best practices and training needs.

Coach others on how to increase their support skills, and ensure behaviors are being cultivated.

Engage in creating support material, such as articles, PowerPoints, training videos.

Work with the Support Enablement Management, Marketing, and Partner network to help create tools, resources, and training to address the ongoing and needs of the support teams.

Design continued education to empower the Support teams as they grow in their career.

You will work with Support Enablement Management to prepare for and deliver new hire training, follow-up training, and webinars.

Follow up with Support to ensure training has been completed and provide additional support for Support Enablement projects.

Contribute to a culture and framework of innovation and excellence.

You will report to Senior Manager - Customer Adoption

Minimum Qualifications

Required: Proficiency in Cloud API (REST, GraphQL), AWS and Autodesk Platform Services.

3+ years of supporting training at a software company in a technical capacity.

Experience developing process guides or training modules for a broad audience.

Comfortable scheduling and leading training meetings, webinars, and other training programmes, including follow up communication, scoring, and reporting.

Understand to the support team challenges and recommend/develop training solutions.

Highly-organized with strong initiative and work ethic.

Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.

Analyze data and determine actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written skills
