Job Description:

As a Organizational Change Enablement Associate/Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing comprehensive change management plans and activities throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include deploying user adoption and training initiatives, applying change management frameworks and methodologies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project implementations. This role will be part of the Strategy & Operations team within BizTech, and your contributions will help fuel the overall growth and success of Guidewire

What you bring to the table:

We are looking for an individual that has:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in organizational change management or communications- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, business, or related technical field- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Advanced working knowledge in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and functions, utilizing advanced data visualization tools such as pivot tables and charts, and automating tasks using scripts and add-ons- Strong creative design skills to conceptualize and produce visually compelling designs that effectively communicate ideas and evoke desired emotions- Technical savviness- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global team environment- Change management certification or other formal change management education, nice to have

What you will do:

The primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

- Perform change management activities including organizational readiness assessments, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication, and training- Deploy user adoption and training initiatives to support change related to project implementations- Apply change management frameworks and methodologies to support communications and training efforts- Liaise with project stakeholders, business partners, and other relevant departments to ensure successful adoption and usage of change projects- Advocate for and demonstrate empathy towards all stakeholders affected by the project- Write communication materials for various channels, including email, web, and collaboration tools- Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets to efficiently capture, manipulate, analyze, and report on stakeholder data to inform change management approaches- Create high quality visual materials, such as Google Slides presentations, videos, and one-page job aids to build awareness and facilitate training and adoption
