The B2B Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with business clients, developing strategies to enhance client engagement, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, negotiation, overseeing travel solutions, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Qualifications- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills - Strategic Planning and Business Development experience - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage projects - Proficiency with travel management software and CRM tools - Experience in the travel industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Ability to work on-site in Thrissur
