Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Director, Solutions Consulting to drive our business technology and outcome consulting initiatives. This leadership role demands an exceptional blend of deep technical acumen, consultative selling prowess, and a proven ability to translate complex technological solutions into tangible business value for CxO-level clients. You'll be instrumental in building and growing net-new services revenue, navigating client challenges with a process-first mindset, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Consultative Selling & Solutioning: Proven track record of at least $10 Mn+ net-new services revenue built/grown year-over-year through expert consultative selling and innovative solutioning.

- Commercial Leadership: Proven track record of building net-new services business, clearly demonstrating growth beyond merely farming existing accounts.
- Client-Facing Tech Acumen: 8+ years of experience in a client-facing technical pre-sales or solutions architecting role, consistently acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Locally Tuned: Possesses deep familiarity with the local market terrain - including clients, partners, Cloud Service Provider (CSP) platforms, and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) platforms - enabling immediate navigation and impact from day one.
