D365 F&O Project Manager

We are a group of Software companies headquartered in Dubai (The Solution Consulting FZCO) and offices in Cochin & Saudi.

The Solution Consulting FZCO (TSC) /D365 Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Microsoft Solution partner organization engaged in implementing Microsoft business solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to different verticals of business.

Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a Project Manager with strong experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects, specifically focusing on the Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of overall experience with hands-on end-to-end D365 F&O project implementation.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects (Finance & SCM).

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Lead cross-functional teams comprising functional, technical, and integration consultants.

- Engage with clients, gather requirements, and ensure solution alignment with business needs.

- Track and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure high-quality project delivery adhering to timeline, scope, and budget.

- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders and clients.

- Ensure proper documentation, change control, and post-go-live support plans.

- Work closely with internal teams to manage deliverables and escalate issues when required.

- Support pre-sales teams with effort estimations, project plans, and resource planning.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a D365 F&O Project Manager role.

- Proven experience in managing full-cycle D365 F&O implementations especially in Finance and SCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong risk management, budgeting, and resource planning capabilities.

- PMP/Prince2 or other recognized project management certification is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (DevOps, Teams, Office 365, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with Microsoft Partners or in consulting environments.

- Exposure to integrations with Power Platform and Azure services.

- Prior experience with international or multi-country implementations.
