What are we looking for?

We are looking for smart, self-driven, high-energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for the LIMS particularly in Life Sciences/Healthcare. Our consultants have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in one or more areas of Life Sciences/Healthcare, strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills.

What do we require?

• 12-15 years of experience in managing, consulting and executing large program in Lab Informatics domain.
• Creating thought leadership, service Delivery.
• Excellent understanding in Digital Lab, Lab informatics. Strategic domain consulting for Pharma & Life Sciences industry with process and IT knowledge.
• Flexible and consistent contributor in LIMS/ ELN/ LES, MES, PLM, QLM consulting for R&D Clinical/ Manufacturing LABs.
• Manage multiple complex programs/projects and deliverables of a high quality.
• Expert in structuring, running and governing large-scale LAB Informatics programs.
• Verbally agile to fit the audience from developer to senior management and across departments.

Key Experiences

• Business Development including RFP, bid management, SoW, Enterprise Solution Design
• Drive Digital Transformation for Lab.
• Strategic initiatives including evaluating and exploring partnerships with Lab Informatics solution providers.
• Domain knowledge of Forensic, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Clinical, Manufacturing (R&D, QA/QC and Contract Research organizations).
• Strategic consulting on application design and development, Business intelligence LIMS /ELN / MES/ PLM / QLM implementations.
• Labware / Lab vantage LIMS knowledge, IDBS / Revvity Signal ELN knowledge is preferred.
• Involved in full project life cycle in various roles including presales, program/project management, business Process SME.
• Project and Program Management - Stakeholder management, Estimation techniques, Risk analysis.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance, data integrity, GxP, 21 CFR, Computer System Validation.

• Serve as a team member, track lead on LIMS consulting engagements for clients.
• Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants.
• Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers.
• Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.
• Communicating complex concepts and solutions in a compelling and straightforward way yet underpinned by a strong grasp of the detail.
• Participate in a variety of Firm building events.
