AGM -Govt Sales (solar motor, pumps and Product)

Location - Indore (MP)


Role & responsibilities -

  • Lisoning with various government departments for tendering business and new business leads creation
  • Experience - 16 to 18 Years
  • Visits to Government offices / Officials for enquiry, documentation, liazoning, Follow-ups, process execution, approvals and lead generation activity.
  • Sales cycle from Lead Generation, Specification Building, Tender Participation, Supervising, Execution and Collections whereas quite engaged into Area Mapping & Account Segregation, Cold Calling, Opportunity Scanning and Prioritization of Project, Need Assessment, Presentation and Demonstration, Analyzing & participating in Negotiation to close the deal and generate the revenue or make the entire tender documentation and follow the tender procedures.
  • Must be Efficient in Government Tendering Business & Maintain all the process related to that means specking to submission of BID
  • Should have In-depth Knowledge of execution processed for Government organization ( Ministries & Department of State & Central Government, PSUs)
  • Site visit and clearance from beneficiary


Qualification - B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/EEE/EC + Post Graduate


Preferred candidate profile -

  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Should have good interpersonal skills and can maintain the relationship with Government officials
  • Should get proficient in tender works.
  • Candidate should have exposure of selling Solar pumps and products to the government sector.

  • Strong govt liasioning and creating lead.
  • Timely payment clearance and nil liabilities to company
  • SMART approach for favourable govt tender.
  • Increase in Market Share of company
  • Increase in ROI
