Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of experience to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech sales or digital sales, preferably within enterprise sales, and be skilled at building and maintaining relationships. This role will involve engaging with potential clients, presenting our solutions, and closing deals over the phone. As the role evolves, it may also require client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients , to identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by leveraging your existing data and industry connections.
- Present and articulate our products and services to potential clients over the phone, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align strategies and ensure seamless handoffs for client onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations, ensuring you are presentable and professional in any client-facing situations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tech sales or digital sales, preferably in enterprise sales or tech sales (SaaS, DSAAS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone with conviction and confidence.
- Possesses a personal network or industry connections that can be leveraged for business opportunities.
- Presentable, professional demeanor with the potential for client-facing responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly SaaS or DSAAS sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
