We are seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and driven Sales Hunter to spearhead new business development, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a proven ability to develop and close new accounts, and who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Key Outcomes:Primarily Hunting new logos in PSU / Government sector. Identify business opportunities, maintain a steady pipeline, and meet the assigned quarterly and annual targets. Sales manager is the primary interface to the prospective customers and is responsible for actively driving and managing day-to-day prospecting & selling activity in the country. This activity includes opportunity Discovery, RFI/RFP, Evaluation & POC stages of the sales process, working in conjunction with domain and pre-sales teams to identify & close new deals. Sell Solution by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. Work closely with the presales, competency, and solutions team to understand and propose various solutions and services to the targeted accounts. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Build and maintain a strong relationship with OEM partners and local partners. Achieve assigned targets on Revenue, EBITDA & Debtor days. Skills: Client Relationship Management. Sales Strategy & New Business Development Sales Presentation, Proposals & Target Achievement Collaboration with Technical Teams Market Intelligence & Contract negotiationsKey Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation:Actively research and identify potential new clients within our target markets, leveraging cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate qualified leads. Relationship Building:Foster strong relationships with new clients, working to understand their organizational goals and challenges to provide them with effective and valuable solutions. Strategic Selling:Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the unique value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers. Pipeline Management:Meticulously track and manage sales activities and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system. Market Awareness:Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings. Achieve Targets:Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas and objectives.Key Competencies: Education:B.Tech & MBA (preferred) |Experience:Min 5-13+ years |Behaviourial Skills:Confident, CXO conversationalist, Go-getter Attitude, Ability to take risk, CollaborativeAbove all we would like to hire individuals who have the right passion and attitude towards achieving team goals.
