Role OverviewThis role is for professionals who thrive on the thrill of the chase — identifying, engaging, and converting new clients across the US market. You will work closely with our leadership, presales, and delivery teams to position ACL Digital’s full suite of offerings and close high-impact deals.The ideal candidate brings strong B2B experience, a consultative mindset, and a proven ability to open new doors within enterprise accounts.Key Responsibilities- A strong hunter mindset with an appetite for building new relationships and winning new business. - Excellent communication, storytelling and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, competitive markets. - Strategic thinking coupled with disciplined execution and follow-through. - Fluency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering: MBA preferred. - 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT Services, Product Engineering or Digital Transformation. - Experience selling to Senior level stakeholders in enterprise accounts in the US - Strong understanding of technology services sales cycles and delivery models.Performance Indicators- Number of new client acquisitions (logos) per quarter or year. - Revenue generated from new accounts. - Pipeline quality, velocity, and conversion ratios.Interested candidates - Kindly share your resume to deepali.r@acldigital.com
