As an Energy Savings Solution Partner in the Enterprise Performance Improvement program, we offer services such as Operational Excellence, Energy Solutions, Supply Chain Optimization, Cost Containment Solutions, and Human Capital Management.
Role Description
• Contractor Outreach: Identify and reach out to contractors across the U.S. to build relationships and establish long-term partnerships for lighting installation projects.
• Partnership Development: Work closely with contractors to understand their needs, provide tailored lighting solutions, and ensure successful installation projects.
• Sales Support: Assist contractors in securing installation contracts by offering product recommendations, pricing, and technical support.
• Project Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between contractors and Ikio, providing all necessary materials and support for project execution.
• Market Expansion: Increase Ikio’s footprint by actively recruiting new installation partners and expanding our network of trusted contractors.
• Training: Offer product training and guidance to contractors to ensure efficient installation and optimal performance of Ikio lighting products.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of contractor interactions, project progress, and partnership outcomes.
Qualifications
•3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management, ideally in the construction, lighting, or energy sectors.
•Analytical Skills and Market Research Expertise
•Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with contractors or installers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Knowledge of lighting installation processes and energy-efficient technologies is a plus.
