We are expanding our distribution network and seeking experienced professionals from the cosmetics or FMCG sector.

Job Description Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a result-driven individual with proven experience in the cosmetics/FMCG distribution sector to help identify and appoint a C&F (Carrying & Forwarding) agent in the Allahabad district of Uttar Pradesh.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research to identify suitable candidates/companies for C&F appointment in Allahabad.
  • Evaluate potential C&F agents based on infrastructure, financials, logistics capacity, and regional reach.
  • Coordinate meetings between shortlisted candidates and SISU Enterprises management.
  • Prepare and present reports with analysis and recommendations.
  • Facilitate documentation and agreement finalization for selected C&F agents.
  • Ensure alignment of prospective partners with SISU's distribution terms and brand guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry, preferably in distributor/channel partner development.
  • Strong local network and knowledge of the Allahabad region's distribution landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Must be willing to travel if required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).

Contract Duration:

  • 1–2 months (may vary depending on the task completion timeline)
