In an era where one in 36 children is diagnosed with autism, it's clear that there's a pressing need for accessible Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Unfortunately, this support often proves difficult to access due to restrictive delivery models and high costs.

We're working tirelessly to change this by developing innovative software and predictive algorithms designed to enhance the ABA experience for families. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to empower clinicians with timely insights into case data, ultimately streamlining their workflow and improving patient outcomes.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for contracting and credentialing needs for US-based health care providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities as preferred providers in healthcare networks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, submitting, and managing contracting and credentialing applications across multiple US states
  • Communicating effectively with payors, clinicians, and verification bodies while tracking application progress and ensuring timely follow-ups and completion
  • Assisting with hiring and onboarding clinicians and serving as the primary point of contact for all affiliated clinicians
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating dashboards, tracking tools, and other documents as necessary
  • Notifying providers of new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to correct or amend rejected contracting applications, updating internal workflows based on current best practices, and advising on potential concerns or improvements
  • Training team members on varying levels of experience and seniority in contracting and credentialing processes

Successful candidates will bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the US-based contracting and credentialing process for providers
  • In-depth knowledge of the US medical insurance industry and experience working with multiple insurance providers through the credentialing process
  • Exceptional English speaking, listening, and written communication skills, along with dependable high levels of responsiveness
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, report regularly, and execute work plans thoroughly
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with strong follow-up skills
  • Comfort with using Google Workspace, tracking tools, and internal platforms
  • Able to use BYOD devices compatible with required software/applications (e.g., VPN, Google workspace) and adhere to company security practices
