**Job Description:**

Our company seeks a seasoned sourcing professional to join its team, responsible for providing strategic procurement value within the organization. The successful candidate will manage relationships with key stakeholders and oversee the execution of sourcing processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and managing business opportunities in various sectors such as insurance, operations services, consulting, human resources, marketing, communications, finance services, software, IT services, and hardware/products.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the sourcing process.
  • Leading the sourcing process from initiation to completion, including contract negotiations, risk management, and governance support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
  • Proven expertise in leading sourcing initiatives, developing strategies, and managing contracts.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex procurement challenges.
  • Familiarity with vendor contract language, SAP Ariba Contracts and Sourcing Modules, and other procurement tools.
