We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing overall procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, research, negotiation with suppliers, bid evaluation, data analysis, and procurement strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and implementing effective procurement strategies.
  • Exploring profitable suppliers and establishing procurement partnerships.
  • Building long-term relationships with industry vendors.
  • Preparing detailed estimates for all projects.
  • Creating bill of quantities (BOQs) and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Seeking proposals based on BOQs.
  • Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
  • Negotiating commercial terms with vendors to reduce costs.
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Assisting in finalizing vendors.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
