Executive Lawyer

**Job Opportunity:** Legal Executive

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Legal Executive. This role involves providing expert guidance on contract management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and safeguarding the company's interests.

**Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and building codes.
• Identify and mitigate risks or disputes effectively.
• Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making.
• Liaise with external counsel for litigation or specialized matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies.
• Prepare and send legal notices when required.

**Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and IP laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Qualifications & Experience:

• LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate, architecture, or interior design, preferably with exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws, and commercial contracts.
