Job Description :


We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional support for our platform technologies. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring our platform runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact on our operational success.

Key Responsibilities :


- Provide technical support for our platform and related technologies.

- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.

- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve bugs and improve product functionality.

- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to empower both internal teams and customers.

Required Skills & Experience :


- Experience : 2+ years in a technical support or similar role.

- Operating Systems : Strong experience with Linux/Unix environments.

- Databases : Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL or Oracle.

- Scripting : Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, and Shell.

- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with web application stacks and experience working in SaaS/PaaS environments.

Bonus Skills :


- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.

- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.

Additional Details :


- Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office 5 days a week).
