Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Type: 100% Onsite

Shift Timing: Night Shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST)

Experience Level:* 3–6 years

Are you a technically strong professional with experience in the *Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry—and interested in bridging your technical knowledge with **recruitment and client engagement* for global medical companies?

We're looking for a *Technical Specialist* who can collaborate closely with U.S.-based clients, understand their hiring needs, and identify top technical talent for specialized engineering and manufacturing roles.

Job Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. medical/pharma clients and technical recruiters.

* Understand client technical needs, compliance standards, and FDA/ISO/GMP requirements.

* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering roles.

* Manage bench candidate training programs and monitor their readiness for deployment.

* Track submissions, requisitions, and ensure timely profile delivery to clients.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related field preferred).

* 3–6 years of combined experience in technical recruitment and/or manufacturing or quality engineering within *Medical Device or Pharma* sectors.

* Strong understanding of *FDA, ISO 13485, GMP*, and quality systems.

* Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.

* Proficiency in *MS Office, ATS, and recruitment databases*.

* Ability to work independently during *U.S. business hours*.
