Job Title: Technical Screening Specialist

Shift:
Night Shift (7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)

Job Summary

The Technical Screening Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive initial technical evaluations of candidates for U.S. contract and contract-to-hire roles. This role ensures candidates are technically qualified, professionally aligned, and prepared for fast-paced U.S. staffing environments by validating hands-on expertise, project ownership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial technical screening interviews for US contract and contract to hire positions, assessing communication, experience, and role alignment.

Evaluate candidates' technical stacks, hands on expertise, and project ownership across IT roles and technologies.

Review recent project experience to validate individual contributions, problem solving skills, and measurable outcomes.

Assess candidate motivation for change, professionalism, and readiness for US contract hiring environments.

Use structured interview scorecards to provide clear, compliant screening feedback and hiring recommendations to staffing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in technical screening, IT recruiting, or staffing operations.
  • Knowledge of structured interview methodologies and compliance-driven hiring processes.
