Role: Technical Support Engineer (SaaS)
Location: Netherlands (Remote)
Experience: 2–4 years
Pay Range: €40–€55/hr
Duration: 9 months
A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide top-notch technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across global markets.
What you'll do
Respond to technical support requests via email, chat, and ticketing systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system issues for clients
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Document solutions, maintain knowledge base articles, and improve support processes
Ensure a seamless customer experience and high satisfaction levels
Tools & Skills you'll work with
Support & Ticketing: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Jira Service Desk
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, Log analysis tools
Languages & Platforms: JavaScript, Python, SQL (basic troubleshooting)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
