About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Presales Consultant to lead presales initiatives for IT Service Management (ITSM), Network Management Systems (NMS), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.

This role combines technical solution design, bid management, and client engagement. You will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to craft robust technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and demonstrate solutions to enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Consulting & Presales Activities :

- Engage with clients (Government, PSU, and Enterprise) to understand technical requirements and business objectives.

- Design end-to-end ITSM/NMS/SIEM solutions using industry-leading platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Splunk, IBM QRadar).

- Conduct requirement analysis, gap assessments, and feasibility studies for solution customization.

RFP, Tender & Bid Management :

- Review, analyze, and respond to government/enterprise RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.

- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, compliance matrices, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

- Manage complete bid processes including documentation, submission, and follow-ups.

Technical Documentation & Presentations :

- Develop and deliver solution presentations, whitepapers, technical write-ups, Bills of Material (BoMs), and cost estimations.

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demos, and workshops to showcase solution Collaboration & Market Awareness :

- Work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams to align technical and commercial strategies.

- Stay updated on procurement processes (GeM, CPP Portal, eProcurement), public-sector compliance norms, and emerging technologies in ITSM/NMS/SIEM.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred for presales).

- Experience : 1 to 3 years in technical presales, solution consulting, or bid management, with exposure to Government or PSU clients preferred.

Technical Expertise :

- Understanding of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Ivanti).

- Knowledge of Network Management & Monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).

- Familiarity with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).

- Documentation & Tools : Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience in preparing structured proposals and SOWs.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Mobility : Willingness to travel for meetings, demos, and tender-related engagements.
