Our client is a leading MNC in the maritime industry seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Manager to strengthen and secure its global digital infrastructure across offices and fleet operations.Senior Manager - Cybersecurity & InfrastructureBased in MumbaiRole Overview : You will lead the organisation’s cybersecurity and IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring system resilience, data protection, and operational continuity across a global network. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enforce cybersecurity and system administration policies aligned with global standards.Safeguard IT and OT systems through proactive monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.Manage multi-account cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with a focus on security, scalability, and cost control.Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement of defences.Lead a team of cybersecurity and IT professionals, ensuring excellence in delivery and performance.Liaise with vendors and management to deploy and maintain advanced security solutions.RequirementsBachelor or Master degree in computer science, information technology or other relevant field of study. 7 to 10 years of experience in IT security or system administration within large or multi-site environments.Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity governance frameworks.Hands-on experience with incident response, SIEM/EDR tools, and cloud administration.Proven leadership in managing technical teams in Microsoft-based environments.CISSP / CISM / CISA / Cloud certifications is preferred.Familiarity with maritime or OT systems is advantageous.Excellent communication skills and ability to present risk insights to senior stakeholders.Our OfferOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the shipping industry.
