Role - Key Account Manager - Hospital Channel / Doctor referral
Role Overview: The Key Account Manager Hospital Channel will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with hospitals and doctors to generate leads for Antaras home healthcare services.
The role involves identifying potential hospital partners, negotiating tie-ups, and driving patient referrals for our home healthcare offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the hospital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospital & Doctor Tie-ups:
- Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors to generate patient leads for home healthcare services.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with hospital management and key medical professionals to ensure a steady flow of patient referrals.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Drive lead generation through hospital and doctor networks for home healthcare services like nursing care, GDAs, and other senior care solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure high conversion rates of leads to active patients.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and medical facilities, ensuring long-term collaboration and repeat referrals.
- Regularly engage with doctors and hospital administrators to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
