Job Description
About the Role - The objective of the position is to facilitate domain and program trainings for the Sales team while tracking performance to ensure business goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop core competencies in the domains and train the sales teams with effective program pitches
- Work with cross-functional teams to build, re-build and streamline the product trainings.
- Develop strategies for Sales teams to deliver various programs under same domain
- Address challenges and concerns for Sales teams around the programs.
- Execute innovation and interactive Training sessions.
- Address queries while handling objections using strategic and critical thinking
- Work on building Training plans to upskill the sales team.
- Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) models, monitor performance, build strategies to deliver content effectively.
- Upskill and deliver 'concept Training' in a significant manner
- Present Business Intelligence reports
- Assist in building Business strategies for growth
- Handle on-boarding training batches for the Sales team
- Identify gaps in systems & processes while presenting viable solutions to address them.
- Ensure Business expectations are communicated to new employees
- Ensure on-boarding process is streamlined
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education Graduation from an accredited college or university; or a level of education that, together with experience and training, enables the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience
- Professional - 2 or more years of professional related experience (preferably in Education / Higher Ed / Universities)
- Technical skills MS Office applications like Excel, Powerpoint, Planner, etc. Reporting skills for formulating and basic automation, trend analysis using Excel. Working knowledge of any tools/applications to implement instructional design process – preferred
- Advanced research skills
- Strong communication skills
- Learning agility with critical thinking
- Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge
- Presentation skills – content creation & delivery
