Business Development Manager/Sales Manager (3+ Years experience)

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, new client acquisition, securing projects, and maximizing revenue generation. As a pivotal member of our team, you will also play a crucial role in expanding our market footprint and fostering enduring client partnerships. This role is tailored for a results-oriented individual focused on B2B sales within the IT industry, specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure As a Service (IaaS), resource augmentation and outsourcing services across key markets including the US, Europe and Asia Pacific (Japan, Singapore) regions.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
•Generate leads, assess prospects, and cultivate a robust pipeline for potential projects.
Project Acquisition:
•Develop strategies to secure new projects, with a focus on our key industries and target markets.
•Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
Revenue Growth:
•Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
•Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Client Relationship Management:
•Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
•Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Research and Analysis:
•Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
•Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
•Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry.
•Experience in Software as a service (SaaS) or Infrastructure As a Service (IaaS)
•Experience in Resource Augmentation and Outsourcing Services
•Proven track record of revenue generation and meeting sales targets.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
