Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, tele-calling, cold emails, LinkedIn, and online databases. The candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, arranging meetings with clients and sales managers, managing existing client relationships, handling new requirements, and preparing work reports.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn, and online databases.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Prepare and customize proposals to meet client needs.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between potential clients and sales managers.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, handling new requirements or tasks.
  • Assign tasks and new requirements to respective staff and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed work reports and updates on client interactions and project status.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align business development activities with overall company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development or similar role.
  • Proven track record of identifying and converting potential leads into clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the marketing or software development industry.
  • Knowledge of software development, social media management, SEO, and digital marketing services.
