We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for a growing FMCG company based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional goals, analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and coach a highperforming sales team, conducting regular evaluations and incentivizing performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying opportunities and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Operations: Monitor sales data and trends, optimizing processes and collaborating with other departments to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, utilizing datadriven insights to improve strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage resources effectively to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven success as a sales representative or manager in FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
