We do placements across functions and India.Our clients are a Leading MNC Flexible Packaging organization with a pan-India presence and profitable and growing operations.Our clients seek a highly accomplished Sales Leader based in Bangalore to take ownership of the Regional Sales Function for South India. Must have strong strategic & operational sales experience in the packaging (preferably flexible packaging) industry. The incumbents will report to the Head of Sales.Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.Job Purpose These are crucial leadership roles for driving revenue growth and expanding markets. Candidate Profile1. Education: Graduation / Post-Graduation 2. Should have 12 25 Years of experience in the packaging (preferably flexible packaging) industry 3. Must have led a team of at least 2-3 managers/ executives.4. Must have experience in sales to FMCG organizations.5. Must be currently having sales of more than Rs. 70 Crores.6. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills. 7.
