The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Develop and execute plans for sales growth and market share increase.
  • Drive sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing regional team.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the South region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and prepare regular performance reports.


Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA is a plus.
  • Should know spoken regional language.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skill. 
  • Includes travelling within the region.
