About the job:At PlanetSpark, you will be at the forefront of engaging with parents and adult learners who have experienced our product through demo classes. Your primary responsibility will be to guide them through the sales lifecycle, from initial interaction to final enrollment in our programs. This role offers extensive training, career progression opportunities, and rewards for high performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with parents or adult learners post-demo class experience, addressing their queries and guiding them through the benefits of our programs

2. Invite potential customers to participate in video counseling sessions to delve deeper into their needs and preferences

3. Conduct detailed video counseling sessions with decision-makers, providing personalized guidance and information to facilitate their decision-making process

4. Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers

Qualifications:

1. Passion for sales and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment

3. Willingness to relocate to Gurgaon and work from the office

4. Flexibility to work 6 days a week, with Thursday as the weekly off, and availability on weekends for crucial counseling sessions
