  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on driving organizational growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams.
