About the role:

As a Growth marketer you will be responsible for growing the traffic and converting leads into demos by conducting various demand generation activities and experiments. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute short and long term multi channel marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline across various products

- Monitor and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns by analyzing and building performance reports

- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop customer personas and identify their buying preferences to craft targeted marketing campaigns

- Work closely with content marketers, marketing operations, design and product teams to enhance strategies and build effective programs

- Set and manage marketing budgets and resources thereby ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition

Qualifications:

- Bias towards action

- MBA/PGP from Tier 1 universities (IIM-A/B/C/L, FMS, ISB) required

- 4+ years of experience marketing tech products

- Startup experience mandatory

- Experience running digital marketing, PPC, and outbound marketing campaigns preferred

- Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot CRM good to have

- Deep understanding of demand generation metrics and utilizing online analytics platforms

- Stellar communication skills
