Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, increase product visibility, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Plan and oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and analyse customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to ensure the company's competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as Sales, R&D, and Operations, to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide reports to management.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and advancements to identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • Knowledge of clean and holistic food industry trends is advantageous.
